I don't play games on my laptop so, can I Delete Vanilla DayZ MOD launcher? I guess it was pre-installed when I bought my laptop? Just trying to get rid of things I don't need so if someone could help that would be awesome.

Yes, you can uninstall the MOD because this is just a simple tool used to launch DayZ ััะตั modifications from 3rd party independent developers. You can safely remove/uninstall it because it presents no harm to your computer.
To clean the registry items afterwards, install CCLeaner and use the built-in Registry module.
